So with that, I decided it was time to try beachbody and become a coach. Yes, you can think of it as a diet- which most know that I am against diets. However when I really looked into it, I do not feel that way at all. BeachBody helps with meal planning and exercise, which I think is great. I've been using some of the tools so far while waiting for my shakeology to come in the mail, and they are amazing. They help create a menu for you and find a diet that will help you reach whatever goal it is you have. It is more of a lifestyle change than a diet.
I am going to give this a try and really follow what is asked of me. I should be getting my shipment any day now and will be keeping everyone updated with my progress. Right now I am at 220 pounds and I am keeping track of all my measurements. I'm excited to see what the next 2 weeks brings. Stay tuned. Next blog will be on what I feel put the weight back on.
