There has also been a lot going on in life, we bought a house, I started a new job, and more. So as much as I wanted to cut the crap, I just felt I didn't have the time and really the desire was gone. With that said I have gone back up in my weight. I am at 208 and just now looking at what kind of damage has been done over the past half of a year.
This past week I have looked at what I am eating and my fitness routine. I have decided that I need to stop the weight gain before it gets out of hand and I gain back all that I had lost. At one point I was down to 178, I need to get lower than that to really get healthier than I currently am. I also know that I need to write more. So I plan on doing this more often to keep everyone updated and to try and inspire at least one person out there. I'll keep everyone updated on my new journey and hope to have some people join me in losing weight and becoming healthy again.
