One of the biggest obstacles right now for both my wife and I, is getting rid of the food that is not good for us but is here in the house. We both hate wasting food so we are not ones to just throw it out. Plus we are tight in our budget so wasting or giving away food is just not an option. However with the bad that gets eaten it is encouraging that we shall replace that food with better alternatives and healthier meals and snacks. I will have to wait and see how well I can stay on this diet this time. I think the less stress I can have outside of my family, the easier this is going to be.
Overall I have been feeling better. I am now working out 3 times a week doing weights. In the next week or two I hope to start going walking part of the time as well. I can tell you this, kettle bells are hard but is it ever worth it. Here is a copy of a great workout that I have started doing.
